CAR Management — Initial Submission
- Standard $200.00 each
- Major $400.00 each
- Project $800.00 each
Changes, Redesigns & Reviews
- WAP date extension — no redesign $150.00 each
- WAP date extension — with redesign $150.00 / hr
- TMP redesign Methodology changes, etc. $150.00 / hr
- Consultancy, meetings, TMP reviews $150.00 / hr
Other
- Temporary barrier assessment or design $200.00 / hr
- Urgency fee +50% on the above
Every TMP must be submitted to the Submitica system on a CAR, which requires time and resource to manage — this is what CAR Management covers.
All rates exclude GST.

CAR
Corridor Access Request
The medium used to submit a TMP for approval.
WAP
Work Access Permit
Permission to do the work — issued once a TMP is approved and the Corridor Manager has set the conditions the contractor must follow.
RCA
Road Controlling Authority
Council or Waka Kotahi NZTA.
